From the start, the focus has been on owner-operated work where David stays involved from the first conversation through final walkthrough, delivering results that hold up in the region's humid continental climate with its hot summers and cold winters.
The business operates from its base in Lawrence, Kansas, with set hours that make scheduling easy: Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm and Saturday from 9am to 2pm. This structure supports projects of all sizes while keeping communication direct and responsive for clients anywhere in the state.
